Your study progress — including answered questions, scores, bookmarks, streaks, focus sessions, mock‑exam results, and onboarding preferences — is stored locally on your device only (using standard iOS storage). This information never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and is never shared with any third party. Deleting the App removes this information from your device.

3. Purchases

In‑app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple’s StoreKit. We do not receive, process, or store your payment details or Apple Account information. Apple’s handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. Because the App does not collect personal data, we have no personal data to disclose.

5. Third‑Party Services

The only third‑party service used is Apple StoreKit, solely to offer and process in‑app purchases. The App makes no other network connections to us or to external servers.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults preparing for a professional mortgage‑licensing examination. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Because your information remains on your device, it is protected by your device’s own security features (passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and device encryption).
