This Privacy Policy explains how CompTIA A+ Exam Prep ("the App"), developed by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy ("we", "us", "our"), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Summary

The App is a study aid. It works fully offline, requires no account, contains no ads, and does not collect any personal data.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. The App has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of any kind.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your study data — progress, mastery, streaks, bookmarks, and mock-exam history — is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us or any third party. Deleting the App permanently removes this data.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never receive or store your name, card number, or payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The App requests no system permissions. It does not access your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or location. The optional read-aloud feature uses Apple's on-device speech synthesis and requires no permission.

Third Parties & Tracking

The App includes no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks, and no cross-app tracking. We do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You can erase all locally stored data at any time via Settings → Reset All Progress inside the App, or by deleting the App. We do not sell personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
