This Privacy Policy explains how Postal Exam Prep: VEA 474-477 (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. The App is an independent study aid for the USPS Virtual Entry Assessment (VEA 474, 475, 476, and 477). We built the App to collect as little data as possible.

Summary

  • We do not require an account, email, or login.
  • Your study data stays on your device. We never receive it.
  • We do not use advertising, ad tracking, or cross-app tracking.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data.

Information stored on your device

Your practice progress, scores, bookmarks, and settings are stored only on your device using Apple’s on-device storage. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete the App, this data is removed. You can also clear it any time in Settings → Reset Progress & Saved.

Purchases and subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly, with a 3-day free trial on the Yearly plan) and an optional one-time Lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not receive or store your name, payment card, or Apple Account credentials. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We receive only an anonymous indication of whether a valid subscription or purchase is active, used solely to unlock the App’s features on your device.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Information we do NOT collect

The App does not request or access your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, location, health data, or device identifiers for tracking. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it performs no tracking.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for adults preparing for employment and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because your study data is stored only on your device and we collect no personal profile, we hold no personal data about you on our servers to access, correct, port, or delete. You control all data directly on your device and may remove it at any time as described above. We do not sell personal information.

Data security

Your data remains on your device under the protections provided by iOS. Purchase verification is handled securely by Apple.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
