Your privacy matters. Weight Tracker & BMI (the “App”) is designed to keep your information private and on your device.
Summary
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Information You Enter
You may enter data such as your weight, height, goal weight, body measurements, notes, and progress photos. This information is stored only on your device (and in your private iCloud/App Group storage if enabled by the operating system) and is never sent to us or any third party.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
If you choose to enable Apple Health sync, the App reads your body weight and height and writes the weights you log back to Apple Health. This data is processed only on your device to keep your log in sync. It is never transmitted to us and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can turn this off at any time in the App or in the Health app.
Photos
Progress photos you add are stored only on your device within the App’s private storage. The App uses the system photo picker, so it only accesses the specific photos you choose. Photos are never uploaded.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.
Children
The App is rated 4+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control. You can delete individual entries, measurements, and photos in the App, and you can remove all data by deleting the App. You may export your data as a CSV file at any time from Settings.
Security
Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security. Since nothing is sent to external servers, there is no external database that could be breached.

BMI and weight information in the App are for general reference only and are not medical advice. BMI categories follow CDC and WHO guidelines. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
