Pet Care & Feeding Log — Dog & Cat Health Tracker

The short version: Pet Care & Feeding Log does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything you enter — pets, feedings, medications, walks, weights, photos, reminders and household member names — stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Pet Care & Feeding Log ("the app", "we", "our") is a pet care, dog feeding and cat health tracking app for iPhone and iPad, developed and published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (the "developer"). This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle when you track pet feeding schedules, medication reminders, vaccine dates, walks and weight.

2. Data we do NOT collect

We built the app to work fully offline and privately. We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any account information (the app has no accounts and no sign-in)
Your pets' profiles, feeding logs, medication or vaccine records, walk or potty logs, weight entries or notes
Photos you attach to pet profiles
Household member (caregiver) names you add
Location data, contacts, browsing history or identifiers for advertising
Analytics, usage statistics or crash-tracking through third-party services — the app contains no third-party SDKs, no ads and no trackers

3. Where your data lives

All information you enter is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's on-device database technology. It is never uploaded to our servers — we don't operate any servers. If you delete the app, the data stored by the app on that device is deleted with it. We recommend keeping your normal device backup (iCloud Backup or computer backup) enabled if you want your pet care history preserved when you change or restore devices.

4. Photos

If you choose to add a photo to a pet profile, the app uses Apple's system photo picker. This picker runs outside the app and only hands over the single image you select. The app never scans or accesses your photo library, and the selected photo is stored only on your device.

5. Notifications

Feeding, medication and vaccine reminders use Apple's local notification system. Notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. You can enable or disable them at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pet Care Log.

6. Purchases

The app offers an auto-renewable Premium subscription (yearly with a 3-day free trial, or monthly). All payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase information is described in Apple's own privacy policy. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Terms of Use (EULA): Apple Standard EULA.

7. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for general audiences (rated 4+), does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, and contains no ads, no social features and no external links other than support and legal pages.

8. Not veterinary advice

Pet Care & Feeding Log is a scheduling and record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical or nutritional advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Reminder times and logs are set entirely by you. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet's health, diet, medications and vaccinations.

9. Your rights and choices

Because your data never leaves your device, you are always in full control: you can edit or delete any pet, log entry, reminder or photo inside the app, and you can erase everything by deleting the app. There is no server-side copy for us to access, correct or delete.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled (for example, adding optional iCloud sync), we will update this policy and change the "Last updated" date above before that version is released. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
