Summary: This app is private by design. Your study data stays on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or any personal profile. The app has no user accounts and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
2. Data stored on your device
Your progress, answers, bookmarks, flagged questions, spaced-repetition schedule, mock-exam history, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData/UserDefaults). This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app permanently deletes this data. You can also erase it anytime with Settings → Reset all progress.
3. Purchases
Subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles your payment and manages your subscription; the app receives only an anonymous entitlement status from your device to unlock features. We do not receive your payment details or Apple ID. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Local notifications
If you enable the optional study reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. No notification data is sent to any server.
5. No data sold or shared
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information, because we do not collect any.
6. Children's privacy
The app is intended for adults preparing for a professional certification and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. You control all on-device data directly: erase it via Settings → Reset all progress or by deleting the app. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
8. Security
Your data remains within your device's app sandbox, protected by iOS.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
