Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trades Job & Invoice Tracker (the “App”), provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”), handles your information. Your privacy matters, and the App is designed to keep your data on your own device.

The short version

We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Information we collect

None. All content you create in the App — clients, jobs, time entries, materials, mileage, photos, invoices, quotes, and business settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database. We do not operate servers and never receive a copy of this data.

Photos

When you attach a photo to a job, you select it through Apple’s standard photo picker. The image is stored only inside the App on your device. We never upload, transmit, or access your photo library.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, they are scheduled as local notifications on your device. No reminder data leaves your device.

Subscriptions & payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details. Your purchase is handled under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Data sharing

We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any. Any invoice or PDF you choose to share is sent by you, using your device’s share options (email, messages, etc.), entirely under your control.

Data retention & deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App. Deleting the App removes its on-device data. If you use iCloud device backups, your data may be included in your own encrypted Apple backup, which is controlled by you through your Apple Account.

Children

The App is rated 4+ and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
