How do I add a batch?
Open the Log tab and tap the “+” button. Enter the recipe, method (water bath or pressure), processing time, jar size, jars made and dates, then Save. It appears in your Pantry automatically.
What does “eat me first” mean?
Your Pantry is sorted by use-by date, soonest first, so the jars to use up are always at the top. Turn on reminders in Settings to be notified before a jar reaches its use-by date.
The processing timer — does it keep running?
Yes. The timer is based on a real end time, so it keeps counting correctly even if you switch apps or lock your phone, and it sends a notification when it’s done.
How do I restore my subscription?
On the subscribe screen, tap Restore Purchases. After subscribing, you can also restore from Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or on your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through Apple.
Is my data backed up?
Your pantry is stored on your device. You can export everything to a CSV file from Settings → Export CSV to keep your own backup.
Is my data private?
Yes — there’s no account and nothing is uploaded. See our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy page).
