How do I log a feeding?

Open your pet from the Pets tab and tap the big Log Feeding Now button — that's it. You can also tap Feed next to any pet on the Today tab, or use the quick actions for walks, medication, potty breaks and water.

How does "who fed the pet" work?

Add your household members in Settings → Household, then tap a name to set who is currently logging care. Every feeding, walk or medication entry shows who did it and when — so nobody double-feeds the dog.

My reminders aren't appearing. What should I check?

1) Make sure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pet Care Log. 2) Check the reminder is switched on in the app's Reminders tab. 3) Make sure Focus/Do Not Disturb isn't silencing the app.

What does the Premium subscription include and cost?

Pet Care & Feeding Log requires an auto-renewable Premium subscription: Yearly $29.99 (USD) with a 3-day free trial, or Monthly $3.99 (USD). Prices in other countries may vary. Premium unlocks the full app: unlimited pets, one-tap feeding log with household tracking, medication & vaccine reminders, weight charts and complete care history. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pet Care & Feeding Log, or in the app go to Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling during the free trial means you won't be charged.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases — it's available on the subscription screen and anytime in Settings → Restore Purchases.

Is my data private? Is it backed up?

All your data (pets, logs, photos, reminders) is stored only on your device — we collect nothing. See our Privacy Policy. Your pet history is included in your normal device backup (iCloud Backup or computer backup). Deleting the app deletes its data from the device.

Does the app give veterinary advice?

No. The app is a scheduling and record-keeping tool only. Always consult your veterinarian about your pet's health, diet, medications and vaccination schedule.
