Terms of Use (EULA) for SecureScan Pro

By downloading or using SecureScan Pro ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.
. License Grant
SecureScan Pro is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this license. The developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on an iOS device owned or controlled by you.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
SecureScan Pro provides access to premium features (including batch scanning, CSV exports, and offline backup) through auto-renewable subscriptions. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the following terms required by Apple:
- **Payment:** Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- **Auto-Renewal:** Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly).
- **Charges:** Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
- **Management & Cancellation:** You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
- **No Refunds:** Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription. Apple handles all billing and refunds directly; developers cannot issue refunds.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App and its core features (including generated spreadsheets and scanned data) are provided "as is" and "as available". The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data captured by the App.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
5. Third-Party Terms
The App relies on Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this App, you also agree to be bound by Apple’s standard EULA, which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
